Life jackets
Required for any child under 6, and for all PWC, kayak, and paddleboard users
No-wake zones
Operate at the minimum speed needed to maintain headway and steerageway
Alcohol law
Allowed with a designated driver. A .08 BAC or higher is presumed impairment
Age & licensing
Drivers 21+ need a FL Boater's Safety ID if born on or after Jan 1, 1988
