Driver requirements
- 21 years or older with a valid photo ID, cell phone, and credit card
- A Florida Boater's Safety License if born on or after January 1, 1988
- Must speak English proficiently
- Must have prior boating experience

- Restricted to the Choctawhatchee Bay, Santa Rosa Sound, and inland waterways: no Gulf of Mexico or East Pass
- No glass bottles, silly string, BBQ grills, towables, or generators
- Not available as a shuttle service
